Like the idea of each clan have something to do too then random people doing it and chaos

And to reinforce that, each major clan will have its own sub-forum within the Mando board. Clan leaders will be responsible for organizing the sub-forum, creating clan specific missions, and coordinating events.

There will be a subforum for each clan inside the Mandalorian faction. Each one of these major or minor clans will be self governing and be responsible for creating everything from what the forum looks like, to unit production/training threads, to Clan missions that somehow aid the Mandalorians.

Ignore my last post, I was testing to see if the next page would show up with my last post. It didn't, alas. <.<

I don't see the sub-forum idea working unless we limit the clans to six or seven or something around there. And even then, would people be allowed to have Mandalorians outside of the major clans? I'm just trying to get a clearer idea of you have in mind Corden.

As he states MAJOR clans would be the only ones to have subforums. This means while Minor clans can be created they would have to EARN the major clan status by reaching the rank of General first. :) Meaning once the spots are filled you wouldn't be able to achieve that ranking unless you make a character and challenge the current clan leader for his right to lead as a clan leader would challenge the Mandalor

My point with the limit on the clans is that if you simply allow clans to be made without a limit, there is a decent chance lots of clans would be made and the PCs would be spread thin. Just my two cents.

There's going to have to be a limit on clans, at least clans with sub-boards. I'd say 3 is a good number. Anymore sub-boards is pushing it.

Same here. If the faction can keep this up, then it can finally live up to its potential.

3 main clans with 3 lesser clan....1 main + 1 lesser in a own sub forum

Three major clans, each should have it's own sub-forum. Two or three lesser clans, they will not need the sub-forum for organization considering they will be smaller.

Great idea. If there was a thumbs-up emoticon I'd use it, but there isn't, so you're just going to have to take my word for it when I say I'm giving this idea three thumbs up (don't ask).

From what I've read, three clans should potentially boost activity. Way I see it, it offers opportunity for extra leadership for PCs beyond the status of Mandalore, while also offering other roleplayers options for where they themselves would best fit in. IC it creates storyline development in the sense of friendly competition and whatnot, which in turn would benefit the Mandalore. Hitler promoted rivalries among his lieutenants at any chance he could do so in order to keep them focusing on each other without any threat upon himself.

I would assume the three major clans would make up those who were in the MSM, if that includes the Fett's or not is up to Corden.

Indeed, but the Fetts have 10 pcs roughly, waiting for approval of a fanon planet, and I havr been actively training pcs in various training threads :S

I havent not been here long so some of those clan may not be real or enable to be use so ya.

We could do something along the lines of a representative from the Fett/Ordo/Vencu clans, a representative from the Skirata/Beviin/Bralor Clans, and a representative from a combination of other three tribes. That way, more people get more of a say.
