I don’t think that’s really answerable since measuring power in Star Wars is damn near impossible, so it really just boils down to the opinion question of “Who do you think would win in a fight?” The easiest answer I could give is that, based on everyone alive in the galaxy right now, she is the most powerful person in the galaxy.

Noticed how the Mandalorians will be treated as other Indie-Factions as far as weapons. . . I might be having a brain-fart moment here, but does that apply to the individual Mando characters? Will we have to reset what our personal characters have? (I think not, but no harm making sure.)

And also, how will Beskar be counted? It was only faction leader/important mandos could use it - but now it won't really be one faction.

Actually no, don't you remember the retcon? Ussej Padric Bac and Darth Invidius went back in time and created the Force. So now, instead of midi-chlorians, everyone has little Bacs and Sins in their bloodstream.

Since the Hutts are going to be a faction, are we allowed to create crime bosses for it? I've had one that I've used reference-wise and in the backstory, etc, of two characters (Fy and Atin, the latter being archived) that was mid-level and I figure now's a chance to see his perspective.

The chances of that happening are about as high as the Jedi and Sith having a tea party with the Hutts. You'd have to gather and convince all the Jedi remnants and all other forces to unify against one Sith, who now has the largest force in the Galaxy.
